We want you to love your LLOW Skincare products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

1. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery
2. Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
3. Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on used skincare

Process:

1. Email us at llowskincare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll provide return instructions
3. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
